I TOTALLY agree with the last guy---I went in there just to have a key made; it took ten minutes of getting bounced from one snotty salesperson to the next before I finally told them I was leaving. The saleswoman said, "Fine b----, we don't need you anyway!" I had the key made on Capitol Hill and told them what happened at Hardwicks. Was ready to make a purchase(s) after visiting the store at UW. Ready to spend some good money during a recession and was the only one in the store. But no sale.
